Having used taxpayer money to subsidize Russia, the US government has turned its sights on building up another potential communist enemy, China.

A bright red ribbon should be tied around China and it should read "made in the USA."

As the International Bankers and corporations plot the rise of China so they plan the downslide of the US from an INDUSTRIAL to a SERVICE nation.

The US is ruled by a global network of financial interests completely detached from the citizenry.

Just a few of the names (in connection with China and anywhere else) that should attract your attention every time you see them appear are: Rockefeller, Kissinger, Haig, Shultz, J.P. Morgan, Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs, COSCO, PLA, ARCO, Lippo Bank, The World Bank and The IMF.

Former Clinton assistant, George Stephanopoulos stated on a television show that the foreign and domestic affairs in the US are run by Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers and the Council On Foreign Relations (CFR). I think he is probably correct.

China's military and economic buildup was bankrolled by the US through the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF). China has received billions of dollars from our generosity in setting up these banking systems.

But money alone hasn't been the only source that came to China's aid. Many wealthy politicos and multinationals in this country have used their positions to enrich themselves in China at the expense of the taxpayers and have put at risk the security of this nation.

Taking an abbreviated trip back to the Franklin Roosevelt and Richard Nixon eras, we can trace the entangled US-China relationships and the people responsible for the international policies.

Lauchlin Currie, a Rockefeller agent, was an assistant to President Roosevelt. He was also a communist and partner of Alger Hiss. China was in the midst of a battle between Communist and Nationalist anti-communist forces. The Nationalists' had paid the US for weapons and were waiting for their delivery. However, the anti-communists never received their order from the US.

Currie ordered the weapons to be sunk in the Indian Ocean, despite a counter order from the US military. This lack of equipment forced the Nationalists to retreat to Taiwan and the Communists took control of the mainland.

In 1971 during a trip to Vietnam, Henry Kissinger suddenly disappeared from public and media view. He flew to Peiking to make secret preparations for the Nixon visit to China. Following the President's trip, propaganda mills were proclaiming a great foreign policy victory for the US President. He had "opened up" communist China!

Soon after his heralded visit to China, Nixon put a nail in the Nationalist's coffin. He disenfranchised the anti-communist Nationalists and recognized the mainland communists as "the legitimate Chinese government." The Nationalists were ousted from the UN, even though they had been one of the founding members, and the Communists took their place.

"Opening Up" China meant the ground was now prepared for the establishment of the Rockefeller banking and oil interests in that part of the world. David and Nelson Rockefeller's concerns center around money, not ideology. Kissinger on loan to Nixon, but tethered to the Family Rockefeller, helped introduce the Chase Manhattan Bank in China. Later this Rockefeller bank was joined with the Bank of China and became the facilitator for all American export and import business.

Besides working as a Rockefeller agent, Kissinger was busy setting up his own Chinese business ventures. Some of his clients include An American International Group which is a leader of multi-million dollar lobbying campaigns. Involved in this organization are: General Motors, Boeing, Motorola, General Electric and IBM. Another Kissinger client in China is Coca-Cola. Disney has hired Kissinger to help sell their products and pave the way for a future "China Disneyland."

Between jaunts across the ocean, Kissinger is busy lobbying congress on behalf of Chinese interests. Unlike other people involved in lobbying he hasn't had to register as a lobbyist, and neither has Al Haig, another lobbyist for this communist country.

Al Haig is also making ends meet by doing business in China. The former head of the State Department under Reagan, Haig advises American AND Chinese companies such as United Technologies and COSCO. Another advisor to COSCO is Goldman Sachs whose former director is Robert Rubin, now Secretary of the Treasury. We must not forget to mention former Secretary of State, George Shultz. A personal friend of China's VP Ronji, Shultz's Betchel company has been awarded a contract to build a super port for the Chinese at Daxie Island.

What is COSCO?

The China Ocean Shipping Company was started in 1961. It is an international conglomerate with ships calling daily at all major ports of the world. COSCO headquarters in the US are in Seattle and there are offices in many of our larger cities. Besides a fleet of 2,000 ships (which can quickly be converted to military use) COSCO is involved in real estate, trading, advertising companies , ship building, and transporting weapons of destruction. COSCO not only has shipping, they have their own land and air freight. This conglomerate even has its own bank.

COSCO reports to the Chinese Ministry of Communications led by politburo member Li Peng who has declared that America is China's enemy.

Besides Haig and Goldman Sachs, C H Tung is another advisor for COSCO. Tung became the leader in Hong Kong following the departure of the British.

The American President Line, which was one of the last two US lines left in the Long Beach and Los Angeles Ports, has been sold to the Neptune Orient Lines (NOL) from Shanghai. Goldman Sachs is the advisor for NOL, while J. P. Morgan advised the American President Line.

COSCO is run by the PLA (People's Liberation Army). Anytime the Chinese leaders wish, all of COSCO'S assets can be placed at the disposal of the PLA. There is more.

Perhaps your pension funds are being used to raise money for this Chinese military machine. The PLA is selling bonds in the US to get even more money. Goldman Sachs is their bond dealer. Will the US taxpayers have to bail out Goldman Sachs again just as we did in the Mexican Peso debacle?

Besides carrying PLA military weapons, and AK47's destined for San Francisco gangs, COSCO was caught with 80 pounds of heroin in a Canadian port. They have been fined numerous times for safety violations, paid kickbacks to secure customers, and even tried to bribe the Coast Guard. A COSCO ship rammed the boardwalk in New Orleans and delivered rocket fuel to North Korea. Despite these infractions, Sandy Berger, security assistant to Clinton stated, "I don't see why this should complicate Chinese American relations."

Most US citizens are unaware that our foreign and domestic policies are being manipulated by foreign governments on a daily basis. Besides all the individuals trudging into the White House for coffees, radio broadcasts, and a night's rest in the Lincoln Bedroom, Third World countries pay US politicos the most for influence. Hong Kong pays 1.7 million, Indonesia 2 million, and Taiwan, 4 million per year. In addition there are 500 foreign lobbyists roaming the halls of the capital.

Of course China is receiving money, conflict of interest assistance from politicians, and technical know how it would have taken them years to develop on their own. ARCO (joined with Rockefeller's EXXON) started up China's largest gas field. They also have a 20% interest in Zenhai Refining, China's third largest oil refiner.

Prodigy has a joint venture going with the Chinese government and AT&T along with nine other companies. They are building a $1.4 billion undersea fiber cable to connect China and the US which will be completed in 1999. It is estimated that 135,000 American and European companies have moved to China. Many are required to export 100% of their product. In addition some part of the product must be manufactured in China. These restrictions (along with cheap labor) are leading companies like General Motors to transfer most of their production to this communist country.

What about the "cheap" translated, slave labor, available in China. The biggest retail union of the AFL/CIO has information concerning this labor practice. PAP (People's Armed Police) guard the slave labor facilities estimated to include more than 1,100 camps. They handle government executions and circulate among the communities scouting for any signs of disloyalty to the government.

The AFL/CIO has been trying to identify all of the PLA and PAP businesses located throughout the US. Practically all Chinese companies here are run by that country's military machine. COSCO goes under nine different names which makes tracing difficult. At present 135 Chinese companies are being investigated in the US for engaging in economic espionage. The Chinese companies have concocted another scheme to way lay investigators. They are now buying up American companies and retaining the original name so that no one is aware of the takeover.

According to Kenneth Timmerman in the "American Spectator". there is so much espionage , smuggling and illicit procurement of secret military weaponry going on in the US, especially in California that he refers to our state as "China's 22nd province." The sheer volume of illegal activity has rendered the US government incapable of handling the situation.

China posses the world's largest standing army and the PLA's Blue Water Fleet now patrols 320,000 square miles in the South China Sea. Their military arsenal has been dramatically increased. The main focus at present however is geared toward obtaining satellite and encryption data. Russia and China signed a pact in 1992 to share intelligence information. Long Beach California was to be a joint Chinese/Russian intelligence gathering location. There are a number of sensitive research and military facilities located within the Long Beach Port area which could be easily monitored.

Last year COSCO was prepared to take possession of the vacated Long Beach Naval Base with the blessing of the Long Beach City Council and port authority. Under the guise of providing jobs and international trade advantages, the expensive base facilities were to be leveled. A container area was to built in its place providing the Chinese with the largest shipping area of any port in the US.

It would be impossible to inspect many shipments of cargo due to the increased volume. This puts the whole nation at risk because COSCO railroad cars, trucks and planes could be carrying weapons or other dangerous material that hadn't passed inspection.

Citizen protests have delayed the COSCO acquisition of the Naval Base. The Clinton administration is involved in promoting the Chinese takeover so it is anticipated that COSCO will eventually be given the naval complex.

Sea Launch is a satellite launching project adjacent to the Long Beach Naval Base. Russia, Ukraine, Norway, and the US Boeing company are involved. Details concerning Sea Launch will have to be presented in another article. Needless to say, this presents one more reason for COSCO to locate at the Naval Base.

Chinese intelligence apparatus has all the capabilities of tying into everything because the military controls all their commercial business at home and throughout the world. Consequently it is easy to use "commerce" as a tool for spying in the US. The Chinese Resources Company is thought to be a front for the communist military intelligence. This "Holding Company" bought stock in the Hong Kong Chinese Bank. Main control is held by the Lippo Group who are involved in business situations located near US military installations. John Huang (considered by many to be a communist agent) has ties with the Lippo Group. He was given secret clearance and a job at the Commerce Department and later became an official of the Democrat National Committee.

At one time a maintenance group supported the PLA. This small body has grown into 50,000 commercial enterprises whose funds go straight into the communist military machine.

In 1950, Senator Walter Judd said. "it was always fantastic to imagine we could convert our enemies into our friends by treating our friends as if they were our enemies." A better description for the failure of our state department's foreign policy couldn't be found.
