It Is More Than Just Elian

By Nancy Culver Thomson

A few months ago I wrote an article titled, "It Is More than Just the Numbers." This was addressing the government’s use of Census 2000 as a tool to set up their national and global agenda. Millions of tax –payer dollars were spent on propaganda in the media and every public outlet to convince people it was their patriotic duty to answer the Commerce Departments questionnaire.

Special attention was afforded minorities and illegal aliens in hopes they would rally to send in Census documents. The promise of more government funding based upon the highest populated areas caused officials in large cities to argue about whose city was the most overrun with people. Methods of travel, education, personal assets, employment and health related issues in each household as well as the use of fuel and number of rooms in a domicile were just part of the long Census form.

The answers will allow the government to gather information on everyone and commit to the following actions. Redistribution of wealth to those ethnic groups who didn’t make it to pre-school to say nothing of college. More public transportation because of pollution and need to get all of those single driver cars off the road. Is there someone in your house who isn’t employed? Provided they are not senile and very disabled the government will designate volunteer work they must do. We already have that in many High schools where graduation is dependent upon participation in volunteer programs. The UN is contemplating a global tax (that time is near.) Answers to financial statements will help them figure out the logistics of garnishing our incomes.

The Koyoto Treaty, although not ratified by the Senate, is progressing through the nation by executive order. Fuel information gathered from the Census will be used to design the rationing and allocation program for our people. Information on the number of rooms in our homes would be essential in case of a national emergency. FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Administration) is determined to relocate people wherever into anyone’s domicile should this Agency may deem it necessary

All of this Census information will not be shared? Twenty-one other government departments have access to these results.

What has this to do with Elian?

Correctly answering Census 2000 was presented as a patriotic duty but the hidden agenda escapes public notice. There is a hidden agenda behind sending Elian back to Cuba and this also has to do with foreign affairs and domestic reorientation.

Again the administration is using subterfuge

Money, greed and UN trade arrangements is what shaped the fate of this little Cuban refugee. The pre-dawn raid on the Gonzalez private home involving 121 government agents (eight stormed the house) some masked and carrying sub machine guns was anything but a normal operation. A military execution of this scope is equivalent to a large drug bust. We were led to believe courtesy of CBS, NBC, CNN and even some conservative talk shows that the whole bloodless operation was carried out by only eight agents! Government undercover deputies had already determined there were no guns in the house and the crowd waiting outside posed no danger. Despite having knowledge of this situation, tear gas and pepper spray were used on innocent relatives inside the home as well as the crowds gathered outside to pray.

Having wounded a media photographer near the entrance to the house, agents surmised they had eliminated any chance their machine gun military actions would be recorded. Unbeknown to them, another photographer ran to the back of the house, climbed through a window and captured the now famous photograph of Elian and his benefactor with a masked agent’s gun pointed in their faces. The scene of Elian being carried screaming to a waiting car was also a bit of bad publicity.

Following the raid, government agents whisked Elian to Andrews Air Force Base where Cuban intelligence operatives and American psychologists were allowed access to the Base, but Senator Bob Smith was not. Later Elian was taken to the Wye River Plantation Estate that is operated by the Aspen Institute, a Colorado retreat visited by Margaret Thatcher as well as President George Bush. The Aspen organization is connected to the Tavistock Institute in London known as the largest mind -conditioning establishment in the world.

Re-education to communist society brought schoolmates and their families over from Cuba. Isolation was provided courtesy of the US government. While in Miami Elian was often seen playing outdoors and the press could record his actions. After he became under US government and Cuban control, no outsider has been allowed anywhere near him. We must rely on Clinton’s lawyer Greg Craig and Janet Reno to inform us about how happy and adjusted Elian has become.

There is no doubt the Clinton propaganda machine would have liked to parade Elian live before the cameras to declare love for his father and Cuba.

Since this didn’t happen it is probable the brain washing wasn’t complete and will have to continue in Cuba, where Elian now resides.

Why did the Clinton administration have the INS and Reno go after one person when thousands of known illegal aliens roam free throughout the nation? The picture of a masked man gun pointing a gun at a child hiding in a closet is being used internationally to illustrate the use of brutal force. There is no positive image in that.

Obviously there were high stakes at play here. Several reasons have been given for the large concentration of government intervention in the Cuban affair, none of which accounted for the expense or risk of committing public alienation. Also, the Waco hearings were in session and "that picture" flashed around the world didn’t help the government/FBI image in the case. Clinton’s Justice and State Departments didn’t need another tarnished episode.

Expensive rental residences, around the clock guards, the involvement of Immigration and Naturalization Service, Justice Department, limousines, bringing relatives and friends from Cuba. All of this as well as US administration negotiations with Castro indicate more then just domestic parents' rights situation.

I believe little Elian came at the wrong time and got caught in the middle of another US/communist foreign relation’s deal. The globalists in government are anxious to have all countries in our hemisphere join NAFTA. First we would have to end the embargo on Cuba. President Clinton suggested that two days ago. Next we will establish normal trade relations with Cuba, that opens the door to World Bank funds, and entrance into NAFTA. Remember the press has now convinced many Americans that the Cuban anti-Communists in Miami are evil and Castro’s communism isn’t that bad. Elian’s return was necessary to prove this point. One of the last bastions of communist resistance in this nation is deliberately being eradicated to further a world based on regional trade areas, not nationalism.

If only the press had scrutinized the pro-Castro players as they have investigated and criticized the anti-Castro groups.

Money and foreign trade,
just follow the trail.

The National Council of Churches (NCC) is paying Greg Craig the lawyer for Clinton and Elian’s father Juan Miquel. The "religious NCC" has been involved in many left wing activities. Craig’s law firm represents ADM (Archer Daniels Midland) who has a $65 million investment in Cuba. Andrew Young, President of the National Council of Churches is on the board of ADM. Dwayne Andreas is Chairman of ADM as well as a large contributor to President Clinton. Maxine Walters who is Chairman of the Black Caucus and involved with the Democratic Socialists has been a visitor to Cuba. She cut the ribbon at the opening of an ADM sponsored fair in Havana. Walters has been a strong advocate of Elian’s return to Cuba.

The batting average here, Castro, NAFTA, the NCC, national media, and the Clinton administration - 100. Our fourth amendment rights concerning searches, seizures, and warrants, anti-Communist activists and national sovereignty advocates - zero.

The precedent for future violations of our Bill of Rights has been established.
