The proliferation of government agencies in Washington D.C. along with all their identifying acronyms is mind boggling. Bear in mind most of these bureaucratic organizations have regional offices as well spread throughout the states.
They just continue growing in power and numbers.
There is no better example of growth and power gone astray then the Federal Emergency Management Agency, FEMA. Many people have been deceived into believing this agency exists to give out funds and help in time of natural disasters.
FEMA has more than regional state outlets. It is involved in communication centers often on a county basis. Most Orange Countians in California were surprised to discover they had a state of the art command center built high in Loma Ridge. It is surrounded by barbed wire. The stated purpose is to provide unprecedented levels of communication AND support law enforcement AND OTHER AGENCIES during a disaster or MASSIVE RIOTING.
One of these agencies housed here is of course FEMA. In the mix are chief’s of police and sheriff personnel along with the outside agencies. Due to the close cooperation between FEMA and the US military we can assume they will be involved together on this project as well. This same set up is probably in most populated areas across the country. Here we have personified the amalgamation of federal and local enforcement, something our forefathers by law tried to prevent.
Taken at face value this "advance answer to a disaster" sounds like such a caring ready response. The history of FEMA tells us otherwise.
President Roosevelt started a Civil Defense Project and Truman expanded it. What Truman wanted was a reorganization of the military. The Tavistock Institute, a London based psychological and research organization accepted the challenge of the reorganization. Dr Coleman, a research writer and former British Intelligence Officer, stated that "without exception every member appointed as original FEMA administrators and controllers, were products of the Tavistock Institute." This Institute accounts for the willingness of the military to become involved in civilian affairs.
Full blown FEMA came about under Carter by Executive Order #12148, and the legal allocation under Title 2 is called the "Stafford Act."
Today this "Civil defense Project" had become a terrorist group. An example of their terrorist power is illustrated by actions taken at the Idaho Clearwater Flood Control Center. Eighteen FEMA agents accompanied by two State Police Officers burst in through the back door of the Control Center. They wore dark clothing and bullet proof vests. Workers were terrorized as the agents loaded boxes of records into their several vehicles. Commissioner Bonner said all records were open to public inspection and there was no reason for this hostile action.
The mayor of Orofino near by was subjected to similar treatment as the agents took his records which were also open to the public. If fraudulent bookkeeping was expected (both officials kept voluminous records in compliance with government regulations) why this method of investigation? It seems only too evident the operation was used as a form of intimidation.
Bonner and the Mayor’s crime---requesting FEMA funds for flood damage. Although the records were all in order, FEMA didn’t ask to view them. This "disaster relief agency" also didn’t send all the money promised to rehabilitate the flood damaged areas. The Commissioner expressed concern that the population of only 9,500 would face a heavy tax burden if FEMA didn’t follow through with the promised funds. Many other areas expecting promised FEMA financial help are having the same problem.
Request government funds, expect government problems. What will be the fate of the communities falling into disaster debt? Are we following a World Bank policy here?
During the disastrous earthquake in Northridge California, FEMA was handing out material telling illegals how to get aid and avoid INS detection.
In flooded Dakota the FEMA agents forced evacuation of residents while ordering some people to remain in their homes during a recent hurricane in the southwest. Dictatorial enforcement and abrogation of constitutional rights best describes FEMA’S actions.
These regional catastrophes are only practicing episodes for the event of a national emergency which will put FEMA in charge of the US and its people.

FEMA Wording as to what constitutes a national emergency is rather vague. The precise definition seems to be left up to whoever is President at the time. A command Center for FEMA is ready. It is located in the bedrock under Mount Weather in Virginia. Several top secret agencies during this national disaster period will be administered by FEMA.
A quasi-legal term called "the ruling necessity" states whatever is necessary to preserve the country will be done. The Constitution will have no place in this arrangement. Executive Orders were created in order to address the "Rule of Necessity."
We can see now that super agency FEMA was never meant to be "a true disaster relief" organization. This was only a disguise to obfuscate and confuse. Its purpose is to control all manner of actions, goods and people under some emergency event of their choosing. Madame Blavatsky would have recognized the pattern immediately.
It is our job to expose the real truth and purpose behind this monolith agency and put it out of business.
